Phone Coaching or Counseling
Benefits of Phone Coaching or Counseling

  • It can be done from the comfort of your home or office.
  • Sessions can take place even if you're travelling.
  • It doesn't matter what part of the world you live in.
  • You have access to my expertise without having to come to my office.

How does it work?

Phone sessions are similar to in-person sessions. Sessions can be weekly, every other week, monthly or as needed. Appointments are 50 minutes in length, unless otherwise negotiated. All sessions are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time.

In phone sessions, we can discuss the same kinds of issues that are discussed in person.

Sessions are scheduled in advance. At your scheduled time you'll call me. You might search on the web to find inexpensive long-distance options.

How is payment made?

  • Payment is due at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can pay in a variety of ways:
  1. PayPal (by credit card, from your bank account, or your PayPal account)
  2. check
  3. money order
  • Payments are not refundable and cancellations need to be done 24 hours before your appointment. If you're unable to give 24 hours notice, but we're able to re-schedule your appointment for the same week as the cancellation, you won't be charged for the missed session.

What else is required?

  • Once you've scheduled an appointment, I'll send you some paperwork to be completed before the first call.

Appointments can be scheduled online (click here), by email, or by calling 503-243-2283.
